DREAMS Knowledge Platform

This legal notice applies to the DREAMS Knowledge Platform (the "Platform"), accessible at dreams15mc.eu.

1. Publisher

The Platform is published as part of the DREAMS (Driving Equitable and Accessible 15-Minute Neighbourhood Transformations) project, carried out by a consortium of 13 partner organisations coordinated by the University of Twente. It presents the methods, tools and results of the project for urban mobility practitioners, planners and local authorities.

This project has been funded by the Dutch Research Council (NWO), the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG), Innoviris, the French National Research Agency (ANR), the German Aerospace Center (DLR), the National Research, Development and Innovation Office (NKFIH) and the Taskforce for Applied Research SIA under the Driving Urban Transitions Partnership, which has been co-funded by the European Commission. DUT grant agreement F-DUT-2022-0088.

3. Copyright and reuse

Unless stated otherwise, the text on this Platform is available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). You may share and adapt it for any purpose, provided you credit the DREAMS project and link to the licence.

Third-party content. Images, figures and quotations taken from third-party sources remain under their original licence, as indicated with each item. Logos of partner and cooperation organisations are the property of their respective owners and may not be reused without their permission.

Deliverables and datasets. Project deliverables and datasets linked from the Platform are subject to the licence stated in each document or dataset.

4. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data through the Platform is described in the Privacy policy.

The Platform uses only strictly necessary cookies, which are set when editors log in. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Liability

We compile the content of this Platform with care but cannot guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Use of the information is at your own responsibility.

The Platform contains links to external websites over whose content we have no control. At the time of linking we found no unlawful content. If we become aware of legal violations, we will remove the relevant links promptly.

6. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Austrian law, as the media owner is established in Austria, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of European Union law, in particular the GDPR.
