This report summarises the findings from a conducted systematic literature review of the 15-minute city concept (15mC), its key components and its adaptation for the neighbourhoods located in the urban outskirts.

D2.2. Mapping the existing planning and governance practices and business frameworks
This report describes six types of policies that can help move towards the 15mC model in urban outskirts: car-sharing, shared micromobility, carpooling, demand-responsive services, flexible (pop-up) activity hubs and mobility hubs. Based on a comparative analysis of 15mC lifestyles in various low- to mid-density areas, it focuses on governance frameworks and business models for innovative shared mobility services and flexible activity hubs.

D2.3. Understanding and benchmarking the existing travel and destination selection behaviours
One of the sub-objectives of the DREAMS project is to provide a thorough understanding of the 15-minute city lifestyles and accessibility needs of different population groups in Vienna, Utrecht, Brussels, Budapest, Île-de-France and Munich. This deliverable (D2.3) presents the results of a comprehensive and comparative analysis of the 15mC lifestyles and travel needs of people living in the study areas.

D5.1. Setup of Living Labs (Brussels, Budapest, Munich, Paris, Utrecht, Vienna)
The document provides details on the process of identifying specific living lab targets, examining existing business models and identifying appropriate pricing strategies. The planned activities of the Living Lab will also be detailed, highlighting stakeholder engagement, target groups and data needs for practical analysis and development of local pilots.
